LO4 - Final Pages

LO3 - Final House Styles

For the final editions of my magazine, I decided to use a much more simplistic House-style than I originals planned on. I decided to use a black and white minimalist house style, because it makes the magazine much easier to read and puts an emphasis on my photos, which are reflective of my genre of music.

This is the original image for my 1st double page spread.

The first changes I made to my images were removing the vehicles and addind a filter to make the image slightly brighter

I then changed the glasses of one of my models into sunglasses so that they'd fit the genre of music more

I then added the title of the band in a way that seemed more like a logo than just text

I then gave my article itself a name

I decided to change the placing of the title to try and make it seem more stylish. I also added an introduction to my article whihc will primarily be on the other double page spread. I also decided to add a line down the middle of my page temporarily, as it indicates where the pages will split and helps indicate where is better to place the text on the image

I then added a banner to the introduction so that it would be easier for readers to make out, and fits the house style of my article better

I then decided to link my Double Page Spreads together more, by adding something to the bottom right of the scree which tells readers the article continues on the other

These photos will be good for my magazine because of how the background (graffiti and metal tunnel relates to the genre of music my band will be aimed at)
